Charka guides will be placed on the treatment table to represent your physical body, and energy channelled to you. Music specifically selected for you will be provided to listen to and suggestions given to create a calm space. Before your session I will seek guidance for you and perform a card reading, and these messages will be given via email 48 hours at the end of your session. A distance session will be performed within 3 days of purchase and you will be notified of when it will take place.
